Live Streaming Cost in Dubai (2026 Prices): What You Get at Each Budget

How much does live streaming cost in Dubai in 2026? What you get at each budget, from AED 2,000 single-camera streams to broadcast-grade productions, plus our package prices.

Short answer: In Dubai, live streaming an event costs anywhere from about AED 2,000 for a single-camera stream to AED 80,000 or more for a full broadcast production. Most corporate conferences and launches that need several cameras, a live director, graphics and backup internet land between AED 15,000 and AED 45,000 per day. Stream Works' live streaming services in Dubai start at AED 14,999 + VAT.

The total matters less than what's included. Two quotes for "live streaming" can describe completely different shows. Here's what each budget buys in Dubai in 2026, and what it doesn't.

Why our packages start at AED 14,999 and not AED 2,000

A AED 2,000 stream is a real product, and for a birthday or a small internal call it's often all you need. What separates it from a broadcast-grade stream is the risks it doesn't cover:

1. Backup internet. Most cheap streams use the venue's Wi-Fi or one 4G device. Hotel and conference Wi-Fi in Dubai is shared with hundreds of guests, and it's the most common reason streams freeze. Every Stream Works package uses the venue's wired line plus bonded 4G/5G cellular backup on a different carrier, so if one link drops the audience doesn't notice.

2. A live director. Without one, nobody switches angles, brings up slides or puts names on screen. Viewers see one wide shot for three hours. Our packages include a director (and, from Standard, a technical director) running the show.

3. Broadcast cameras. Our Basic package uses 4K robotic cameras on 1-inch sensors, not webcams or camcorders. One operator runs them from a single position, so you get several angles without camera crew blocking sightlines.

4. A standby encoder and a local recording. If the streaming hardware fails, a second encoder takes over, and a full-quality recording runs the whole time. You never lose the content.

5. Rehearsal and a site survey. We check the venue's internet, power and camera positions before the day, and run test streams and speaker checks before doors open.

For a company AGM, a product launch with press watching, or a conference with sponsors, those five things are the product. The cost of a stream failing is your reputation, not the AED you saved. You can see what that looks like in our reel.

What changes the price

  • Number of cameras. A panel looks good on 2–3 angles. An awards night with walk-ups, reactions and a stage needs 4–6.
  • Setup day vs same-day. If the venue needs rigging the day before, or the event starts early, a setup day adds crew time. That's the main difference between our Basic and Standard packages.
  • Hours and days on site. Multi-day events are quoted per day, and Stream Works discounts the day rate for multi-day bookings because the rig stays set up overnight.
  • Short notice. Last-minute bookings don't cost extra with us when crew is free. Pre-built racks mean there's no kit to assemble. Book 2–3 weeks out to guarantee the date.
  • Graphics. Logo and name captions are standard. Animated openers, sponsor rolls, live polls and custom lower-thirds add design and operator time.
  • Sound. Taking audio from the venue's desk is cheapest. If the venue has no PA, or there's live music, add sound reinforcement and an audio technician (included in Premium).
  • Remote speakers and interactivity. Bringing presenters in over video, live Q&A and polls add an operator and a check before the show.
  • Private or paid streams. Password-protected players, registration pages and paywalls add platform setup.
  • Location. Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are covered from our Dubai base. For Saudi events we have crew and equipment in Riyadh, so you don't pay to fly a team in.
  • Extras after the event. Highlight edits, social clips and full session edits are quoted separately unless you're on Premium.

How to spend less without risking the stream

  1. Book a wired internet line at the venue early. It's cheaper than relying on bonding alone, and you keep bonding as the backup.
  2. Choose same-day setup if the venue allows rigging in the morning. That's the difference between AED 14,999 and AED 44,999.
  3. Use robotic cameras instead of a camera operator for each angle. One operator can run up to six cameras.
  4. Pick one platform per audience. Use a private player for staff and YouTube or LinkedIn for the public. Ten destinations rarely add viewers.
  5. Bundle the highlights. Getting social cuts from the same crew costs less than booking a separate videographer.
  6. Send us the running order early. The clearer the brief, the less buffer goes into the quote.

How to compare live streaming quotes in Dubai

Ask every provider the same seven questions:

  1. How many cameras, and how many people operating them?
  2. Is there a live director switching the show?
  3. What internet do you use, and what happens if it drops?
  4. Is there a backup encoder and a local recording?
  5. Do you visit the venue first and rehearse before doors open?
  6. How many hours on site are included, and what does overtime cost?
  7. Are prices with or without 5% VAT?

If a quote is much cheaper, the difference is almost always in answers 2 to 5.

Frequently asked questions

How much does live streaming cost in Dubai?

Live streaming in Dubai costs from about AED 2,000 for a basic single-camera stream to AED 80,000 or more for a full broadcast production. Corporate events with several cameras, a live director, graphics and backup internet typically cost AED 15,000–45,000 per day. Stream Works packages start at AED 14,999.

What's the cheapest way to live stream an event in Dubai?

One camera with an operator and a streaming device, using the venue's internet, typically costs AED 1,500–3,000. It works for small private events but has no backup if the connection or camera fails.

How much does it cost to live stream a conference in Dubai?

A one-day conference with 3–4 cameras, a live director, slides, remote speakers and backup internet usually costs AED 15,000–45,000. Multi-room or multi-day conferences cost more. Stream Works' Standard package for conferences that need a setup day is AED 44,999.

Does the price include VAT?

Most Dubai providers quote before the UAE's 5% VAT. Stream Works prices are before 5% VAT.

Is internet included?

Every Stream Works package includes 4G or 5G bonded cellular backup. We recommend a dedicated wired line at the venue as the main connection where available.

Can I get a recording of the live stream?

Yes. A full recording runs throughout every Stream Works show and is handed over after the event. Highlight edits are included in Premium and available as an add-on otherwise.

Do you offer discounts for multi-day events?

Yes. Multi-day events are quoted per day, with a lower day rate for multi-day bookings.

Do you stream outside Dubai?

Yes, across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and in Saudi Arabia, where we keep crew and equipment in Riyadh.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three weeks is ideal, so there's time for a site survey and rehearsal. If we're available, we can deliver at just a few days' notice: our streaming kit lives in pre-built, pre-tested racks, ready to deploy fast.
